Frequently Asked Questions
Due to the nature of my small business, we are a strict return company.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
- For returns, please email wordstringsco@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns for Order #XXXXXX' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return!
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund or exchange.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed in a timely manner back onto the customer's original form of payment.
Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after you place your order, as long as I have not shipped them out yet. Please reach out to me via email!
If you realize you need an address change or that you made a mistake, please reach out to me in the first 24 hours of ordering. As long as I have no fulfilled your order we can change your address!
I am not responsible for lost packages or failure to deliver because of customer error on provided shipping addresses.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS after shipping address is inputed! I have no control over the costs of these prices, unfortunately. Thank you so much of your support!
