Returned to Sender: All packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties or VAT, etc. will result in a refund of purchase, minus return shipping cost. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
Standard Shipping: $8 (1-3 day processing, 3+ day shipping)
Returns are able to be made on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse return if item has been worn, damaged, etc.
How Do I Return?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org –– When you reach out, please provide us with your Order number and full name that you used to place your order. Give a brief explanation for the product(s) you would like to return.
The Item I Received Is Damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item.

Our customer service team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
How Soon Will I Get My Store Credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed asap and you will receive your store credit in the form of an E-Gift card.
The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.
