DISCLAIMER: If you like a pattern, get it quick! Most times, when these styles are gone, they are gone! Unless I happen upon more of that fabric!
Details:
- All bags are double-lined, and the lining is secondhand drapery fabric!
- The outer shell of each bag is made from thrifted or vintage secondhand fabric!
- I went through donated vintage fabric for hours picking the right florals that I wanted to be in the collection, most of which was donated from women who loved to sew but had become to old to do so, or had passed + their loved ones donated their a collections! Well-loved fabric. It made me so happy.
- These bags were also handmade by a non-profit in Ohio that helps individuals get their certifications to work in industrial sewing! The women who run it are angels on earth, im sure of it. I wanted to sew them myself, but I’m not much of an expert and want to keep sewing a hobby that I don’t monetize.
- I have worked with them every step of the way to create the perfect bag for word strings— complete with stabilized extra long straps for comfort, an interior pocket perfect for phones, keys, notebooks, etc, a double lined shell, personally designed ethically made tags, and every fabric hand picked by me.
Care Instructions
For these totes, we expect things to get messy at times! From spills at the coffee shop to a leaky lip gloss, if you need to wash your tote, you're in luck!
- wash on warm + delicate in your washer and tumble dry on low. Use an iron if needed to press out wrinkles, if needed.
